Vacuum deaeration, uniform dispersion up to millions of cP
Silicone sealant is highly viscous (tens of thousands to millions of cP) and requires strong kneading for uniform filler dispersion. Vacuum deaeration removes bubbles and heating controls crosslinking temperature. Vertical or horizontal bottom-discharge kneaders are recommended.
