Horizontal Kneader
Horizontal kneaders feature a horizontal vessel with Z-type blades and large batch capacity for medium-large production. Based on discharge type, they are divided into bottom discharge, screw discharge and hydraulic tilting models, covering different material properties and production scenarios.
Structurally, the horizontal vessel provides a larger heat-exchange area; twin counter-rotating blades deliver strong shearing for fast compounding, dispersing and degassing of viscous materials, with vacuum operation and hydraulic discharge available.

Discharge outlets can connect to screw conveying, valve systems or intermediate tanks, feeding three-roll mills, filling or packaging lines. Process parameters scale up across the same series.
